I have the same problem as all of you. I need some help on how to check the tickets I submitted and where to send them. I'm not sure I did it correctly, and I want to submit a new one, but I don't know where the page is to do this.

My ticket has been open since September the 4th. They are completely ignoring it and I'm not aware of any other means of contacting them.
