Back in June I placed a pre-order for all 3 of the 2024 Core Rulebooks, both Physical and Digital copies. I have received digital copies of both the Player's Handbook and the Dungeon Master's guide. I have received the physical copy of the Players Handbook, but I haven't received the physical copy of the Dungeon Masters Guide yet. I know the actual release is November 12 (I know local game stores are able to sell them 2 weeks ahead of the release). However, I don't even see the physical version of the Dungeon Masters Guide listed on my orders. Will it appear when it is actually shipped or did my order get messed up somehow?
So, funny story. Right after I posted this I got a notification that the physical copy of the 2024 Dungeon Master's Guide was being shipped. I guess i can withdraw my comment.
And now we're back to having issues. Late last week I had a credit show up on the credit card I used for the order. Yesterday I got a notification that the 2024 Dungeon Master's Guide had shipped. Today, I see 2 identical, pending charges on my card for this order. Then I get an email from Beyond/Wizards saying the payment couldn't be processed, so this part of the order was charged. It said I needs to reorder the item and check my payment information. 1. The payment information was the same for the 2024 Player's Handbook (Physical/Digital copy) and it worked fine. 2. If I reorder, I don't get the discount I received since I preordered the entire 2024 digital/physical bundle back in June.
This is very frustrating. I still show the tracking number active for the item, so I guess I will wait and see what happens. I have already contacted Support.
I have the exact same issue. 2 emails and 2 pending charges. I submitted a support ticket to see what they say. I had to go to marketplace, then the B icon in the upper left. And then click the order history button. (or go to this link https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/account/orders) I then had to change the default filter from 90 days to 1 year to even find my order. My order did not show anything wrong and I still have a tracking number for the book delivery. So not sure if there was an issue with their order system last night or what.
I'll post an update if they respond with anything relevant. Or if fedex delivers the book on thursday.
It is the 25th of November and the book was released 13 days ago and I'm still waiting for my book. Unfortunately I don't always check my emails and delete in them in bulk. Have you received your book yet?
