The experience in europe with esw sas france as the partner for the dnd store is a disaster. They dont respond to their contact form, no service desk, no communication. All the stores have heroes of borderlands now except the customers who preordered it from the dnd store here.
I would prefer to preorder bundles, but with this experience, I wont.
Change your partner to a partner that does care about customers, service and is professional please.
I cant agree with this. Delivery has been quick for me in germany. Products were well packed, much better than from amazon or other webstores. You can check the status of your orders and any problems the d&d beyond customer service handels nicely. Totally happy with the bundles, the EU store and the customer service from beyond.
oktober 22. not a single headsup on when I will get the box. ESW SAS france hasnt contacted me in any way to inform me. No way to check the status of my order. all I get from the dnd store is "wait for 3 more weeks and cross your fingers, if you havnt seen anything then we might do something"
You can at least check on your order in your order history. Its on the dndstore website under your account. It will tell you if your order has been validated. If it has it is my experience that you can expect it to be delivered without a problem.
I cant, you have to login again with your wizard account and that didnt work. So all I have is a single email telling me the order is good. And no way to track it. And lacking the order number from ESW Sas france. So its blindly waiting till something happens, or not.
Could be tomorrow, could be never. All I get is, wait 30 days more and if nothing happens we will look at it again.
Why didnt login into your wizards account work? What was the error message? Even in the states some people had to wait some on their preorders for this set. I have no way of knowing why, but I would expect that it is due to the large number of orders in combination with the fact that the sets are bigger than the usual books, so there will be fewer in any shipment etc. Might even have to do with diffrent packaging material and such. Release has obviously not been delayed again, since I got mine. I mean its not perfect but this beats having to order stuff directly from the states. We can also get the bundles. Its been working really well for a while now. I get that you are having a bad experience. That is sad but doesnt mean they should scrap that system.
dnd beyond works with google login, the wizard login for the parter doesnt. So its a simple wrong password, and the option to reset it, doesnt work.
I am part of a couple of communities in the belux and its not a one off, tons of people are complaining. For instance: of the 16 people we had at the last AL 3 had preodered and all 3 didnt get it. The store the event was in did sell 2 or them to other people there, who had not preordered.
communication is key with customers and very lacking here. I got my preorder from lego dnd set just fine, marvel zombies preorder game like a charm, daggerheart no prob. I pre order all sorts of things and hardly ever a problem. This is my very first experience as dreadfull as this. Not a single email from ESW. no reply to emails send after nor replies to tickets made or contact forms filled out.
If I may ask, can you tell me how you track orders? I have had my order for the forgotten realms bundle validated since 27/11 and have normally accessed the digital books, but so far no information on the shipment of the physical books has been given. There was already a gap of over a month between the release in the US and the availability on the bundle on the EU store, but even taking that into account I should have had some news this week. Other than the "status validated" I can't find any way to actually track the order and I've not been able to find any contact details for checking with customer support.
This is my fourth order from the Eu store and I didn't have any issues on the previous 3 occasions, the books arrived quickly and in excellent condition. But after paying 160 euros for this new bundle, I find this utter lack of communication a bit concerning.
When looking into UK orders for a few users, I was also informed that EU orders would begin shipping yesterday. I expect you'll see movement on your order in the coming days as that process begins and they work through the orders.
