This is what I see. I just don't have like a box to input any information. like just acts like text on my account
K-ID Status
Provided Date of Birth and Jurisdiction
That means D&D Beyond thinks you have already been authenticated. If you don't remember doing so, it's possible they have some automated method of getting it from information they already have (for example, your payment information from the store), or that they have a bug.
It's a joke. Now they're telling me to input my personal data before 2/2. Doesn't make any sense. They needed it for Jan 27, now Feb 2.
They still don't say which disruptions will occur. This entitlement to my personal data is going really far. It's my data, you don't need it given my jurisdiction which you know since you know where I'm posting from.

They don't know for sure where you're posting from as lots of variables can mess with that, anything from your ISP routing traffic to you using a VPN. If they applied that logic people might suddenly find their accounts invalidly inaccessible due to their traffic being routed through a region that has legal restrictions.
You need to declare where you are and your date of birth so WotC/DDB can be in compliance with whatever regulations and laws might apply to your specific region, not the region being guessed (or outright fabricated) by your means of connection. It's not about your device, it's about you.
I can't even see any way to enter my details
You’ll need to contact customer support then. I have no clue how to fix that. I’m sorry
I can’t figure out where to enter in the information.

It should be at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account for everyone.
I see the banner but there is not a place to input the info

What browser and OS are you using? A different browser or device might work, but it would be helpful to know what combinations are causing issues.
For instance, I had no issues accessing it the first time on a fully updated Firefox for Windows 11.
I can't add my info either: I tried Chrome and Firefox and I turned off my VPN and extensions.
What do you see under K-ID Status on your Account page?
