I'm currently running Storm King's Thunder and am having trouble remembering the sizes of all the giants!
As far as I can see, the Monster Manual doesn't contain sizes for monsters other than, Small, Medium, Large, etc.
What I would love is some general parameters within that, as there is a difference between a huge hill giant and a huge frost giant, just as there is between a tiny cat and a tiny spider.
E.g 'Fire Giants are usually around 22 ft. tall' or 'Spiders vary from a few milimetres to a few inches in diamater'.
About the height we don't get specifics, as far as I know. I used a approximate rule: the height is roughly equal to the size of the square, with adjustment in accord to the monster.
agreed - it would be nice to have all of the information from the Monster Manual in DnD Beyond.
For the duration of the beta test, the content in DnD Beyond is limited to the content from the Systems Reference Document, which doesn't include all of the expanded information on Giants. I know that the live product is planned to have significantly more information, from the various official books.
Fire Giants are usually around 18' tall btw - the Monster Manual has a size comparison graphic on page 153. :)

The Monster Manual has the size comparison for giants, yes, but I was wondering about sizes for others. How high is an Ettin, for example?
I realise this would officially be new information, but so would pronunciations, which has been noted as being something that might be included!
Some of them say in the description, but not all. It might be worth it to go by other editions, IF they keep to the same size as 5e.
This is what we got from the DMG:
