This is to the Marketplace manager that is in charge of logistics for physical products, to try to address the issue before the next Ultimate Physical Bundle is shipped.
All of the Physical items in the Ultimate Bundle for Ravenloft: The Horrors Within were shipped in the same, oversized box. Because the box was oversized to accommodate the Book, the Map Pack, the Dungeon Master's Screen, and the Tarokka Deck, there is room for the products to slide around in the box during transit, unlike the shipping boxes you generally use to ship physical books, which are sized to fit.
As a result of the movement in transit, the corners of the book sustain dents that, for a collector, would not be ideal. Please look into shipping packaging going forward for future Ultimate Bundles so that the physical products are less likely to sustain damage in transit.
You probably want to contact customer support about that. I doubt anyone who makes decisions about physical product packaging is reading the forum for the online tools.
