Over a month ago, I initiated a request to delete an account I had created by accident with a similar username and the same linked email as my main account with 800 dollars worth of content on it. After about a week of waiting, D&D Beyond customer support emails me telling me the account has been deleted. I attempt to login to verify, and huzzah, it's still here. Then when I try to log back into my old account, I can't. I log into a campaign that my main account is hosting and see that, instead of displaying as the username, it's displaying as user-220840549. Then it dawns on me. They deleted my account with hundreds of dollars of books on it, not the account with 0 dollars worth of content.
I sent an email to customer support in the same thread about the account deletion and submitted a ticket 6 days ago; there has been no response, and now I'm just without all my books. I sent in a ticket from the deleted accounts linked email address and after a month of oging back and forth with 3-6 days intervals between three sentence messages they've linked my wixards ID I created to the wrong account. I imformed them of this and now I've been waiting on a response for 11 days no answer. My account is gone (likely deleted) and their solution now that they know it's gone is to ghost me? I generally have a lot of grace with customer support because I've worked in that field and I know it's a hard job, but I've been without my account for OVER A MONTH, and no steps have been taken to actually solve the issue. This is very frustrating.
