I added a Tanarruk to my creatures list as a Summonable and noticed that it does not list its reactions. I also added an Amnizu to make sure it wasn't isolated to just the Tanarruk and it is not showing its reactions either. Not sure if it's a bug or intentionally missing but it seems like an important piece of information that should be shown.
Could you provide the URL to the character sheet please (not the read-only share link)?
Whilst other users won't be able to view the character from that link, it allows a moderator to access edit mode on the character to check what options have been chose etc.

Your best bet is to post the link to the character sheet where this is occurring, so a mod can assist you.
From what I've seen in testing summons out with my Conjurer I can see the full statblock of a creature added.
