Speaking of managing characters, can I move a created character into a campaign or do I have have to start over and create one? I did not see an obvious way to move one.
How can I manage the players I have in my campaigns? Can I look a specific campaign and see who's there benefiting from the shared content?
Hi there,
it's as simple as open your campaign and click the REMOVE link below the character you wish to remove from the campaign. :)
You can view your campaigns at any time - hover your mouse over your username in the top-right of the page and select campaigns from the menu, then select the campaign. You can view and edit all of the characters in a campaign you have created.

Yes - when you use the INVITE LINK, you'll have the opportunity to either create a new character in the campaign or add an existing one of your characters.

I believe he is asking how to view the usernames of all players that have clicked the join link.
Does a player need to have made a character to benefit from content sharing?
Does removing all of a player's characters completely remove the player until they use the join link again?
Q: Does a player need to have made a character to benefit from content sharing?
A: Yes - regardless of clicking the invitation link to a campaign, the content is only shared with that person once they have a character in the campaign - either by creating it in the campaign, by adding an existing character of theirs, or claiming an unassigned character from within the campaign.

A: Yes. As above, to qualify to have content shared with them, someone must have a character in the campaign. If the DM removes the character, that person is no longer a member of that campaign.
Hello!
I tried looking some info up but unfortunately couldn't find anything, I apologise in advance if this has already been answered before.

Sometimes players quit the table and I'd like to remove those that do not play with us anymore.
Cheers!
