As the title reads. I paid for something I can't use. The transaction has been confirmed and when browsing it I see "view details" indicating that it is in my inventory.
Make sure your GM has turned on Content Sharing for the campaign, and make sure your character is INSIDE the campaign. If you build your character outside the campaign, content sharing will not work.
Additionally, click on the link in my signature to see if you need to sync your entitlements. Sometimes entitlements can get out of sync.

Same issue with my warlock but my DM is the one that owns the content.
