As stated above, my players are frustrated that even though i have asked them to turn off Eberron, and they do, races from it are displayed as options. An example: With Eberron switched off while building a character, "Mark of Detection" half-elves are a subrace of elves and Warforged are an option.
Expected behaviour: if filtered off, a resource should be filtered from choice.
Impact: Users are frustrated they create toons filtered according to my world restrictions, and yet are given options from the restricted source and have to re-roll a new toon.
I believe that the races you've mentioned are still available through Unearthed Arcana - if your players disable the toggle for "playtest content" they won't see these.

I have the opposite problem, all of my switches are on but I get no playtest, critical role or Eberron content.
When the switches are on, they are red instead of grey - sometimes people think red=no, so just checking that you have the switches on/red.
