I'm new here and I'm trying to create a character and when I choose between ability score improvement and feats, no feats are listed. I tried to see if the feats is a "paid thing" and it doesn't say.
The Player's Handbook is not the Basic Rules/SRD. The Basic Rules/SRD are provided for free by WOTC. The other content is only available through purchase.
Grappler may not appear for your character if they do not meet the minimum Strength requirement of 13.

The only free data is grappler which has a STR prerequisite. The other feats are mostly in PHB.
Thanks! Grappler isn't even listed. Nothing at all.
But since feats are in PHB, should't they appear as an option?
