I looked and could not find a help area or somewhere to ask for support, thus the reason for this post.
I am in the process of updating my email accounts and noticed that I could not update my email address on D&D Beyond, so updated my email account via Twitch. I did the update on Monday to the new email address and have verified the email address as requested by Twitch.
Yet today i have received two emails to my old email account and I do not know why. I have looked through Account and Profile and cannot see anywhere that there is an email address.
As such can you please explain why I am receiving email to my old account, instead of to the email address I updated on Monday?
