Is there a way to remove Restrictions in Character Creator like max lvl 20, max Ability Scores 30, multiclassing restrictions and etc. We play in homebrew like demigod campaign where you can multiclass like this - lvl 20 barbarian + lvl 20 fighter but dndbeyond Character Creator doesn't allow that and its really hard to play with only 1 class and other restrictions are a pain. I thought dndbeyond will help me to control my character but it seams that with those restrictions i`ll have to get back to paper character sheet.
Restrictions can be switched off for multiclassing & feats.
You can also create homebrew content to add further features and abilities to characters.
D&D Beyond uses the published Dungeons and Dragons rules and there are no published rules for increasing character level past 20 or statistics past 30.

How? Please tell me how to switch off the restrictions?

They've said that the character builder restricts character creation based on official rules, removing those restrictions is unlikely

When creating/editing a character, the first page has a bunch of options and toggles - on that page.

there are no options to turn off the lvl cap, ability score cap and etc =(
I’m not sure what the point of going beyond 20 in the builder as there is no options to choose from above that level.
He never said you could.
to multiclass like lvl 20 barbarian + lvl 20 fighter (i`m in homebrew campaign where you can be lvl 40+)
then i misunderstood him
You can't exceed level 20 on DDB because there are no rules for over going over level 20. As mentioned:
