My suggestion has to do with DM/GM/StoryTellers is those of us that run more than 3 campaigns. Would it be hard to ad another pay tier for Professional DM/GM/StoryTellers to run more players. I am running 4 campaigns right now with 6 to 8 players and also running multiple one shots a week, but am unable to use D&D Beyond for all my games. I am at the cost issue that I do not want to purchase another subscription accounts and all the books again. I would even pay for another full subscription if I did not have not pay for all the books I need again. Then there is having everything in a separate account.
I understand that there is a risk of abuse book sharing but with all the analytics and other tools there could be a way to limit the abuse.
I chose "I run only run 1-3 games with limited players"
BUT
I do this knowing I am limited by the subscription with how much I can share. I would use more if it was available. I am currently designing a west marches style game that I know is going to be potentially throttled by the current limit. I have two long term campaigns running currently and would like to do more short run limited campaigns but the current model makes that harder.
You can disable and re-enable sharing on those campaigns as needed, without causing harm to the characters.
If content sharing is disabled for a campaign, it just means that the players won't be able to see your content, or add it to their characters, until such time as you enable sharing for that campaign again.
If for some reason moving content sharing from one campaign to another is too much effort, you can just create a second master sub account without having to rebuy all the books.
A player can activate content sharing too and in a campaign with content sharing, everyone's books get shared regardless of who is DM and who has the sub. It is a frequently misunderstood feature.
