Even though i have enabled playtest content, the additional spells from other classes (shown in the compendium below) do not show in the spell list. The feats, skills and other stuff show up.
Time. DDB can't update instantly. Their time goal is the first Monday after release.
I expect this UA can be partly complimented by then (particularly things like fighting styles, metamagics, pact and invocations, things that are selected from a list). Expanded spell lists and optional class features may take longer as they are pretty different from how other content works and still needs to be labeled and made toggleable as playtest.
UA material is not technically “official” since it is playtest. That said,, as DxJxC states, it is DDB’s policy to incorporated UA player options to DDB; generally they do so a week after the UA is released. But DDB staff have said that the class variant material will take longer. As DxJxC indicated, some parts of it are far more mechanically complex than typical UA. For one thing, The whole concept of variant features for classes is completely new. It’s been seen for races, but not for classes or subclasses. Given that form any classes there are several variant options, that can be chosen or ignored individually, I would think it is more complex that the variant races options, which have been treated as separate race options than Parent race, not as a race in which you pick and choose features.

The pdf looks pretty "official" to me.
