Daaamn this thread is so old and still no update. Would like to know when Thero's supernatural gifts will be added, currently i am having to homebrew everything
Agreed. It's been 3.5 years since the mod said it was "being worked on now". An update would be nice.

Welp, my character just became a "Hollow One". Disappointed to find that in 2026 there is still not ability to add Supernatural Gifts, but at least I know I can stop looking.
Yeah, it seems like we can stop expecting any kind of update based on material that is 5e versus 5.5e. Anything not in the current edition ("iT's aLL bAcKwaRds coMpaTIble!!") probably won't be given updated tools on the site. No Dark Gifts. No Sidekick creator.
For Dark Gifts, specifically, it seems like they're being implemented as feats in the new Ravenloft content. I would expect things like this to go that way in the future, as we've already seen it done with the Dragonmarks in the new Eberron book.

Things being backwards compatible =/=instantly supported on Beyond specifically.
Backwards compatibility exists perfectly offline.
If you mostly play online, wait until the backend rewrite, because it'll likely loosen up a lot to support these things online.

Who is panicking? Seems pretty logical to say that materials from the past edition won't be the focus for new builds on the site, if they haven't already made them in the last 5 years. Whatever they morph into (like the feats from the new Richten's book that was mentioned) will be incorporated, and legacy content will simply be left as is.
