Has often some kind of free new content, will these be added to Beyond?
For example this issue we have the new general Spider Shark monster, some new adventure specific monsters in the D&D Classic section and stats for DiceCameraAction Diath and Paultin.
Another that comes to mind is Belaphoss the Mad the extra Demonlord from issue 4.
It's a good question. At this time D&D Beyond only hosts officially published content from WotC. In the future they wish to add some content from DM's Guild, but the logistics of that has yet to be finalized. It would depend on whether the creators of the content (not Dragon+) are willing to offer the content to D&D Beyond and whether it will add value to the free services that D&D Beyond offers. Perhaps this is one of those questions best asked during Badeye's Monthly Developer update (next date TBD).

Dragon+ is written by written by Wizards of the Coast and all the content in it for all DnD players. All new monsters are made by Chris Lindsey, Crawford or Mearls.
The website solution is made by 3rd party that also makes DnDReader but the content is every players.
I'll post the question to Badeye during the next month twitch stream.

I highly doubt it given that the Dragon+ app-maker is making D&D Reader.

Only if they put the spider shark in the same formatting as every official monster.
