I need to be able to import my own stickers. I have a game I'm building combat and encounter maps for tomorrow and the sticker option are severely limited.
I would really like an option when looking through the Game Rules categories (Items, Magic Items, Spells in particular), where you can just select your owned content. It's is maddening to have to go through and select each sourcebook I know when going through things, especially as an artificer, where I'm regularly looking at the Magic Items list. Maybe there's a work around, if there is let me know!!!!!

One thing you can do is set the filters the way you want and then bookmark it in your browser. The filter settings are all in the URL query string, so if you click the bookmark again it’ll automatically give you the same filters.

I saw this with using history to go to the pages, so I'll just make them all have bookmarks, excellent suggestion. It does seem like it should be an easy thing to do.
I want the "Habitats" listed for every beast (and probably all monsters). It needs to be a requirement for TPC to list the habitats in order to get them on D&D Beyond.
I would also like to see the beasts have a "Rarity" list similar to what magic items have. There doesn't need to be as many categories. I think "Common", "Uncommon", "Rare" and "Very Rare" will do fore each habitat.

None of this is D&D Beyond related features, this would be stuff for rulebook content.
I’d like to have each character I’ve created be able to select the style of dice being rolled that session, instead of one style of dice for all my characters.

This is one of those small but really cool asks that I wish I'd thought of!
T'would be nice. Each character sheet is able to have a different backdrop, frame, and theme, so why not have the ability for each character to have their own personal dice reflective of the character's personality/profession, as they choose. It would also give an easy visual representation of what character is rolling dice, whether for the originator or during a game session; just like in real life!
Access to Hold Back the Dead and Spelljammer Academy (both of which I missed), even if I have to pay for them, and similar access for others to the promotional content they have missed.
1. A way to add vehicles (think from Spelljammer or Descent etc) into the encounter builder & initiative tracker. Currently in order to add vehicles you need to copy their statistics into a custom homebrew monster and add it that way. It's a massive pain.
2. Make homebrew items able to be fully customized and have them interact with character sheets in any way you want. I tried to create a homebrew magic armour piece that granted a specific bonus action to one of my players the other day and you can't add bonus action interactions on magic items currently.
So, here is a feature I have repeatedly REALLY wished for.
When I go to level up my character, I wish I could search for feats based on what stats they can increase.
Like I know I want a feat that will bump my Cha to 20, but I don't know what my options are. I have a TON of feats to sift through in my dnd beyond account, checking each one individually is insanity. If I could just flag that I only want to see feats that would let me increase Cha, then my task becomes much easier.
Not that I expect this will ever get read by the development team but why not just in case.
There are many things that would be nice to have but the core items I view as a must: (ordered highest to lowest priority):
1. On all searches a toggle for "show owned content only"
2. Long standing requested Bug fixes, particularly to the 2014 content! (such as superior technique from Tasha's Cauldron. Still doesn't let you select the battle master technique you are after). The existing content that I have purchased should at a bare minimum, function on the character sheet.
3. Ability to HB optional class features, as there are admittedly a few balances from 2024 or own HB balances that would be nice to give players the option of using, without adopting a whole new version or straight up not using dnd beyond; as you can only Hb subclasses and not classes.
4. Bring back a le carte purchases; purchasing certain assets of each book instead of just the whole book, was really useful to be able to just buy the one thing you wanted instead of the whole thing (one of the main benefits of getting something digital instead of physical). More than anything I miss the fact that it let you see what you were actually buying so you knew if it was worth buying the whole book or not. I have zero interest buying most books at all now because I don't know if I'd be getting stuff of use to me. Even if it was just bundles like all magic items bundle, instead of singular items would be a great return to form.
5. Dm layer of maps: let the dm to view other maps without switching player view; let us overlay a dm map layer that's only visible to the DM. What's the point of having a DM and a player version of the map if its a pain for me to try and flip between both.
6. on the encounter tracker, when running it, each encounter has a separate roster of prepped inactive creatures that can be dragged into the active menu as needed, and likewise no longer needed creatures (dead/gone) could be dragged out of initiative into the inactive list. This would make the encounter feature so much more intuitive flexible, and allows the main purpose of getting all the prep work done rather then having to leave encounter mid-run to edit it. as this is completed further improvements such as a separate PC summons column for would be nice.
7. In encounters if Monster Stat Blocks could get togglable checkbox for tracking limited use abilities (such as spells and concentration).
8. A concentration toggle on pc sheets and also be able to adjust hit dice used outside of short resting would also be nice. Also inventory sorting via type.
9. Maps line of sight reveal like roll20's dynamic lighting
10. To be able to pin notes to sections of source books and adventures I own, like how can add post its to a physical book
There's a lot more features I could mention but wanted to keep it from getting to long or arbitrary so stuck to just the top 10 things I want.
In reference to your item 6, instead of removing dead/gone creatures, just set their initiative to 0 (zero) as they have no initiative, yet may return from whence they came by using raise dead or some other means, at which point they return to the initiative order, though possibly dead last

Two things actually:
The ability to import character sheets and import/export home brew items/monsters etc.
The ability to assign a co-dm.

co dm would be so handy
When you go to My Dice, I want to be able to see a demo on the page to see what each set does when you roll.
