Why when i add the water walking ring as a warlock tiefling in my inventory and then add it to my rings, the ring doesn’t pop up for me to wear it?
I don't know what you mean by "add it my rings" - there is no such feature. Nor do I know what is meant by "pop up" to wear it.
Add to inventory.
Click checkbox to equip.
There's no active effect to track so nothing on the sheet will change - the check in the checkbox will remind you your character is wearing it.
