Currently, the two new subclasses Clockwork soul and aberrant mind both have the feature to change their domain spells every time they level up. (See the clockwork magic section) I have not found a way to change the domains spells or to remove them from automatically showing up on the character sheet. So changing the spells like the subclass intends is not possible. I'd like to see if that's being addressed!
Aberrant Mind - Psionic Spells. We don't currently have a method to allow swapping these spells out. We are looking at solutions for this. "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
