When I try to download a book it gets through preparing the download, but it never downloads the book. How do I fix this?

Ya it was a VPN thing. Disabled VPN, and problem solved.
I’m having the same issue. I’m trying to download the Netherdeep book and it says I already own it and can download it for free. Whenever I try it just says “preparing” but never actually downloads.
