I am trying to read the basic rules in the iOS app. They are stuck in an unreadable dark mode that features black text on a dark gray background. Changing the display style or any other setting in Display Style does not change the book display at all.
I searched on every forum on internet and eventually end up fixing this by being Discord stuck on a black login screen on your iPhone. Here are some ways to fix the issue:-
1. Force Close and Reopen:- Sometimes a simple app refresh can do the trick. Close the Discord app completely by swiping up on it in the app switcher (double-tap home button and swipe up on previews). Then, relaunch Discord and try logging in again.
2. Restart iPhone:- A full restart of your iPhone can clear out temporary glitches that might be causing the issue. Refer to the appropriate method for your iPhone model to perform a force restart.
3. App Reset:- Offload App: Offloading an app removes its data and caches while keeping the app itself. This can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted data. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Find Discord in the list and tap on it. Choose Offload App and confirm. Restart your iPhone and then relaunch the App Store to reinstall Discord. 4. Network Troubleshoot:- Check Wi-Fi: Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection. Try switching to cellular data or another Wi-Fi network to see if that resolves the issue.
5. Reinstall Discord:- If none of the above solutions work, try reinstalling Discord completely. Delete the app by tapping and holding on the app icon and selecting "Delete App". Then, go to the App Store and reinstall Discord.
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, follow for more effective assistance below.

Weird. Is it iOS or Android?
It’s the iOS app.
I'd recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling - so far this has resolved the issue when it has popped up before.
