Title may be a bit confusing but what I meant was:
"DM pays the Beyond sub. Has access to ALL content and tools. He wants to use Beyond to complement his brand-new RL Campaign. Decides to avoid the hassle of flipping through a bunch of intimidating books and teaching character creation and just use the CharGen tool to jump right into the game."
Will the other players need to create their characters on the DM's account to have access to all content or can they manage with the free Beyond account?
Will they have access to whatever the DM creates/uploads such as homebrew? (I believe it's clear only subbers will have access to Homebrew content, just checking.)
Will this digital marvel-in-the-works work only as a compendium, Character Creator and digital Homebrew database or will it function as a "full" digital complement to real-life and/or virtual games. This meaning (Campaign Management, Notes, Initiative trackers, virtual map tools, etc.)
I know the previous point is a bit of a silly question as it has been mentioned that Beyond is not designed to replace exisiting VTT such as Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds but Moradin knows I need digital tools to make my DMing easier, smoother and more efficient. It's 2017!
You know you wanna know this as well.

In the Light, we gather to empower our brother. In its grace, he will be made anew. In its power, he shall educate the masses. In its strength, he shall combat the shadow. And, in its wisdom, he shall lead his brethren to the eternal rewards of paradise.
I would definitely check the below link, as the conversation remains in progress on service vs cost. As it stands, I believe access beyond simple character creation will come at a cost, as will access to all the full source material.
We're not ready to talk about the answers to your questions yet, but since these keep popping up in one form or another, I wanted to touch base and say they will certainly be answered soon.
And I know "soon" is a vague term often misused, I urge everyone to remember that we're not launching this fall or winter - we will launch the full product this summer.
Hang in there a little while longer!
