Aye. There's no "homebrew tool" for it but you can make mundane items as custom items - directly on your sheet. I explain this in Post #3.
There's a lot you can customise direct on your sheet including items. You can rename things, override stuff, edit things and create new custom stuff - all directly on the sheet.
I made a video. It's crappy, but does detail everything. It's long but it has chapter markers to skip to what you need.

I figured that out thanks! Is there any way to keep what you make though. I can make Cold clothing but I have to have each character type it into the sheet. Its not tragic, but everytime a character needs this we have to throw in price, weight, name, etc.

It only exists on the specific character sheet so if you need it for multiple characters then you can either do this for every character sheet or use the Homebrew Magic Item tool to create it, specify in the text it is not a magic item, and then you can add that to any character.

Nope, I just checked Homebrew Mundane Items are still not a thing.
He didn’t say homebrew mundane items….he said custom items. Add a set of clothes and customize it.
