Can you content share individual items purchased? I just had a session where my players couldn't find items I purchased individually instead of buying the entire Adventure/Source Book. For example, I purchased Insignia of Claws and Living Armor both as individual purchases, but they wouldn't show when my player's searched for them. I noticed that in content sharing, only the Adventures and Source Books that I have purchased in their entirety show. I also didn't see any warning about this being the case, however I could have missed something. I know that D&D Beyond has its imperfections and that improvements are being made, but I thought content sharing was for everything I had access to; not just book in their entirety only.

There can be a delay due to caching.
As odd as it may seem, sometimes turning off content sharing for the campaign and then turning it back on can cause it to refresh what's shared.
Thank you again, helpful as always! The content sharing removal and then re-adding worked. The only issue I am currently having is that I can't find feather token (feather fall) on any of my player's character sheets. Other items like living armor and insignia of claws work fine. Not sure why feather token (feather fall) isn't showing since I purchased them all at the same time a week ago.
