I assume this is something on my part that is causing this problem. I own Mythic Odysseys of Theros on D&DBeyond but when I try and create an Oath of Glory Paladin at 3rd level that is not a choice available. What settings do I need to change to get access to that subclass?

Try seeing if MTG content is turned on
