I have a habit for writing characters from shows that I like into Dungeons and Dragons. Some are much easier than others, and this one took a bit of creativity. For those who don't know, Yoshikage Kira is the main antagonist in the 4th season of a show called "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" and has an abilities called "stands" named "Killer Queen, Sheer Heart Attack, and Bites the Dust, all themed around explosives. In all, I resulted in a Human Fiend Warlock that is level 11 or above. Here are the details:
1: Yoshikage Kira
Kira is a murderer who tends to be incredibly lucky. A fiend as a patron would make a lots of sense if this kind of character were to star in your own D&D game. Dark one's blessing and Dark one's own luck work very well for them, 1d10 bonus to failed rolls, temporary HP after killing, etc.. Invocations like Mask of Many Faces, Beguiling Influence, Cloak of Flies, and Trickster's Escape. Fit the actions that he makes during the story, disguising himself, fleeing conflict, and wanting to live a quiet life.
2: Killer Queen
Killer Queen is an ability that can turn any object into a bomb that can be activated through set circumstance or manual detonation. Homebrewing an eldritch invocation that states "You can cast Glyph of Wardingonce using a warlock spell slot using no material components. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. You can only have oneGlyph of Wardingactivated at a time. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest." This fits perfectly with how Killer Queen works, and helps balance the game by exchanging a pricy material component with very limited use. For the bombs, scorching ray, fireball, or inflict wounds (shadow touched feat) can all be flavored perfectly as the first bomb. The Stand Itself can be represented physically by summon fiend, specifically demon. Necrotic damage fits the spiritualness of stands, and the death theros can represent explosions. While you can't cast spells from the location of the fiend, you should be close enough that it doesn't matter.
3: Sheer Heart Attack
The second and third bombs are where the Pact Boons come in. Sheer Heart Attack can be represented by taking the Pact of the Chain, giving you a familiar, or could be represented by the Minions of Chaos invocation. The familiar option grants more of the roleplaying benefits: Invocations could let you see & speak through the familiar, give it bonus to the saving throw DCs, and improving your own healing. This version of Sheer Heart Attack is much more Subtle in damage, with most harm given through the poisoned condition. Representing Sheer Heart Attack as a fire elemental also works. Fully automatic, powerful, and capable of dealing high levels of damage. In addition, loosing your concentration means loosing control of the elemental. This fits the moment when Kira fled and fully automized Sheer Heart Attack by cutting off his hand. In all, both options work. One can leave you more open to change than the other, which brings us to the final bomb.
4: Bites the Dust
Many of you probably think that his ability is impossible to replicate in dnd. Bites the Dust is used by implanting it on someone. If that someone attempts to learn Kira's identity, they will be blown up. It also protects the carrier. Thus, you can use the Pact of the Talisman to mimic the effect. Having the Gaze of two minds, Protection of the Talisman, and Rebuke of the Talisman allows you to protect whoever is wearing with saving throws, look through the eyes of another person, and damage anyone who attacks the carrier. Note that this next part is purely theoretical, and is only possible if you change the wording from damage from an attack roll to just damage. I haven't mentioned Hurl through Hell as an ability yet. This is where it comes out. When someone deals damage to the carrier, you will deal psychic damage equal to your proficiency bonus. Hurl through hell is activated, and whoever targeted the carrier takes 10d10 psychic damage.
5: Stray Cat
Eldritch blast can mimic the air bubbles used by Stray Cat. This gives Killer Queen it's ranged attack.
This is the most accurate build that I could find. What do you guys think?
Now with abilities which have names like those I would have gone for a bardic influence given Sheer Heart Attack, Killer Queen and (another One) Bites the Dust are all songs by Queen.

This is the most accurate build I have seen but to make it even more accurate maybe do a 6 lvl dip into bard college of whispers to get the glyph of warding spell without homebrew, and ‘words of terror’ allows him to give his quiet life speech like when his ability was first revealed. Also ‘mantle of whispers’ helps with the disguise aspect.
Additionally, if the dm is ok with feats and variant humans, maybe use variant human over regular human to get the lucky feat which adds to the luck aspect.
My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

My only good homebrews: Races, Subclasses.
An aspiring DM and Homebrewer. Ask me if you need anything.
