for me the only d&d god is Ghaunaduar; the Drow God of Outcasts, Rebels, Slimes and Oozes, now partily diminished to a Great Old One, which given the accroym is GOO is rather funny to me.

My love for Dark Elves and Elves in general is gonna show itself xD
1. Eilistraee, the chaotic good Drow Goddess of beauty, song, dance, freedom, moonlight, swordwork, and hunting. I love that, even after her name was cleared, she went with the Drow to the Underdark, to be "Their Light in the Dark".
I love this picture of Eilistraee so much, I used it for a custom phone case for my new phone :D
2. Rillifane Rallathil, when I made my Woodelf Druid I didn't know about the elven gods and just decided "Druid's don't follow gods, he'll worship a big oak", then I bought Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes, read about the Seladrine and there was actually an elven god that's just a Giant Oak. 0__0 Unexpected true to lore xD
Now some non-D&D deities
3. Azura, the Queen of Dawn and Dusk, one of the few Daedric Princes who is seen as "good" by mortal standards.
4. Sheogorath, the Mad God, he's neither good, or bad, he's just really mad and you never know what to expect with him.

I really shot myself in the foot with the whole "Top 5" thing!
Eillistraee was absolutely tied for the spot with Selune...ultimately, I went with the more broad moon goddess, but Eillistraee is definitely one of my favorite Faerun goddesses.
Nothing says "Keep the peace" like a dancer brandishing a bastard sword. ; )

You're welcome, lol.
Of course, that is the name he gave himself...his real name shall be Timmy (and he hates it)
