It's funny really how the discussions here become so heated. It's like every 2nd thread is heated, and we're only chatting about D&D. I have a hard time understanding it :)

It gets pretty bad on threads where people talk about how they run the game, certain rule disagreements, and every so often when Tasha’s/future releases are discussed. Mostly when it comes to either difficulty or realism people tend to come out swinging. Rule disagreements are just... annoying, but usually don’t devolve into claiming something subjective is objective.

Is this just how a moderator shows that they deleted something, without deleting the whole post?
Pretty much.
Yup!

I’ve seen it a few times. It’s when a mod deletes a few words instead of the whole post.
Thanks for the response. I guess that explains why it only shows up in pretty heated threads.
Yeah. Pride of Pandas, as an example. Pretty heated discussion that i was part of.
So basically Beyond is secretly the SCP Foundation?
Ooh! They are a great source of inspiration for monsters and bosses, and especially Domains of Dread too.
