This doesn't look like the kind of monster that would typically have lair actions or regional effects. Those are usually for boss monsters, the kind that control whole areas of territory by themselves. Dragons and stuff. This guy's like, a bit scarier than a wolf at the moment.
If a big bad boss is what you're going for, check out what the shadow dragon has. Lair actions that enhance its sneakiness, confuse its prey. Regional effects that instill dread.
Shadowstalker, maybe? It's pretty hard to pick a name that isn't already taken by something out there. If you don't care about that, then maybe Darkstalker, Nightcrawler, Shadowcat..? Black Panther? Lol

So this is a creation i used dire wolf and the best treats of big cats from the players handbook.
1. a better name (just need something)
2. its lair. i will put it lair would be an area that suits its abilities but lair actions not sure what to put there
