Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
...what are you talking about? there's nothing called a college primer in the Strixhaven book.
Korvayne is talking about the magic items, such as the Lorehold Primer. And to answer the question, no there's currently no way to track which spell you choose after a long rest, similar to the fact that you can't choose which spell is stored in a spell scroll.

Has anyone found a way to select which spell has be prepared with the College Primers introduced in Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos?
Or is this simply a case of telling my players to “make a note of which spell you’ve prepared”?
Cheers!

EDIT: I have been informed I missed magic items called "Primers."

"Make a feat"
Yeah, that is one way to work it. Just looks like another time WotC dropped their own ball.
