is it possible that we can get any other Critical Role content for the character builder, like the Gunslinger Martial Archetype or the College of the Maestro?
My guess (and it is just a guess, I'm just a user and in no way affiliated with DDB/Curse OR Matt Mercer) is that things that have been released for free download on DMs Guild (like Gunslinger) could possibly be implimented, depending on the agreement between DDB and Mercer, but things from the Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting book (like College of Maestro) would likely only be added to the tool set if Curse, Mercer AND WotC came to an agreement to have the Tal'Dorei book available for purchase through DDB, the same way official content like the PHB, DMG, etc., are. This is a possibility, of course, but depends on all parties mentioned above signing off on it.
Again, this isn't the official word from DDB/Mercer/Wizards, just the (hopefully educated) guess of a DDB user and Critical Role fan.

WOTC has no control whatsoever concerning two third parties and an OGL product, so it would just require Curse and Geek&Sundry to work something out.
There's a publishing deal between Geek & Sundry and the book publisher (Green Ronin I believe?), so they might need to be involved in any discussions on that.
In the recent developer Q&A stream, Badeye said they would try to make it happen (or words to similar effect).

True. Green Ronin would probably have to be at the table, as well. I doubt they'd be stubborn about it, luckily, so if the curse team is working on it, I"m hopeful.
I also hope to someday see support for other really popular third party books, like cubicle7's middle earth books.
But not Kobold Press. I s2g their balance in some of their 5e books is worse than some of the homebrew I've seen here. Their concepts are fantastic, but I won't allow anything of theirs in my games without thorough review (and usually reworking it from the ground up, because it's mechanically terrible. Seriously, read the clockwork magic book, if you ever want to see some really badly balanced spells).

Unfortunately for you, I don't see that happening if they open up to more third parties. KP is a well known and popular third party that DDB would be pretty dumb to purposely turn down.

If they release it some time after they gave home brew some classes and a more modifiable sheet I'd be quick to buy kobold press's settings. I'm fast to use there things thematically as a fan and I like building / balancing things mechanically.
So homebrew sub-classes are up and running as of yesterday! Anyone wanna give the college of the maestro sub-class a go? It was published by Matt himself but I doubt he will have time to create it...

Feel free to do so, but note that if anyone submits Critical Role subclasses to the D&D Beyond public homebrew, they will be rejected for copyright reasons.
This is for the same reason why they're not available here yet officially.
I was wondering if there is any chance that the college of the maestro class and the book it goes with might get put through to ddb or if there is no chance? Anyone have news?
The Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting was a third-party book not endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. It's no different than Exploring Eberron, Grim Hollow, Stibbles' Codex of Companions, or any other third-party supplemental book for 5e. DDB does not and never will implement this type of content into the builder directly. Not only are they drastically, devastatingly behind just trying to keep up with core Wizards content, but there's an impenentrable nightmare morass of legal problems and pitfalls awaiting anyone who tries to sell those third-party books outside their original agreement. Even if DDB had the ten billion developers it would need to try and implement the thousands and thousands of 'extra' third-party supplements put out there for 5e, I'm almost entirely certain its license agreement with Wizards of the Coast prevents them from doing so.
The Cobalt Soul is only available on DDB now because the version published here is sufficiently different from the version in the Tal'Dorei Campaign Guide that it's effectively a new subclass (and likely because of agreements expiring between CR and Green Ronin). College of the Maestro, having not been extensively playtested by a punk ***** with daddy issues, has undergone no such revision and alteration and will likely never be available for public, DDB-built release. Mercer's other homebrew is available due to the close relationship between DDB and CR, and more importantly because Mercer has never offered it as a paid product elsewhere (pay-what-you-will options in DM's Guild aside).
Mercer is a special case for DDB, and frankly a lot of people absolutely hate that his homebrew gets "special treatment" simply because he's the DM for the biggest D&D streaming show by far and has millions of fans worldwide who adore his world and storytelling. Every time DDB publishes new Critical Role content, there's a wave of protest threads demanding that DDB stop treating Matthew Mercer as anything but another random guy who makes homebrew on the platform. Those people are for the most part total morons, but they're still a thing, and a good barometer of how DDB would fair were it to try and introduce additional third-party content to the platform.
See also: the Bilgewater Debacle and the Legend of Runeterra specific subclasses that came with it. DDB got burned real bad on that one and is unlikely to try and repeat the experience.
So for some context, an Eberron book by Eberron's creator came out a few months ago ... on DMsGuild, not an "official" WotC product. While DDB helped promote the existence of the book by inviting Keith Baker to write an essay introducing the book's content, it was also made clear that DDB would not be providing an "official" version of that work. So anyone wanting to incorporate that content was free to homebrew it for personal use (not public homebrew), but will not be seeing it here officially.
Mercer's work outside of EGtW hasn't been officially offered up here aside from the Bloodhunter and two subclasses from a few months back (Palladin of the Sea and some sort of Monk). I would never say never in the TTRPG industry. but precedent doesn't seem to be trending toward any third party publisher's 5e content being put into DDB's market. I mean this thread is over two years old and what's been asked for outside of EGtW and three other times isn't in the DDB marketplace.
