I have created a character for one of my players and I want to assign it to them in one of my campaigns. I haven't been able how to figure this out just yet. I have the character created but I'm not sure how I can assign it to them and add it to the campaign?
first you need to get the character into the campaign - you can do this by following the link to join the campaign and choosing the character to join with.
Once the character is in the campaign, you can look at the campaign and click the "UNASSIGN" link underneath your character.
Ha! I knew it was possible I just couldn't figure out the hoops to jump through. Thank you! I should probably quit enabling my players by doing stuff for them but I"m impatient ;)
I just followed the same steps so it is the. same. You do to your campaign and need to copy your campaign link and then past it somewhere (I just did in my DM notes on notion) and you click like you are joining and select what character you want in there.

Then get your player to claim the character :)

I can't seem to find that link to join a campaign anywhere. It's been a few years since that post. Has it changed?
