Hey, when DDB switches to Wizards do I have to do anything? I just got a notice that says it's gonna happen on the 18th & I am not very tech savvy so I would be grateful for any help. I would sure hate to lose all I have. Thank you
You should not have to do anything - though not explicitly stated anywhere, they’ve made it clear all the data and accounts are being migrated over to Wizards, with that transfer happening between Fandom and Hasbro. There will be nothing the users need to do in furtherance of this transfer.
Still waiting for the information regarding those who already have a DDB account with purchased licenses and a Wizards account linked to official WotC licenses and things (like a MtG account).
I mean, they already have this on the WotC D&D site. (See spoiler.)

There’s an option in profile to link your Wizards account. Maybe that will help then combine somehow?

They haven't given us any details on how to do it yet.

D&D Beyond FoundersDon't worry about it folks - nobody is going to lose access to their account, or be unable to login.
If we ever need to remove some form of account authentication, we'll communicate that loudly a LONG way in advance.
