Yuan-ti pureblood, fire genasi, aarokocra (even though I'm not a fan of birds), teifling and high elf. Honourable mentions to the shifters and tortles. (Such fantastic art everywhere, this was difficult.)
1. Genasi can be pretty varied in their appearance; and depending on their type, can integrate their elemental natures in majestic ways…a gem-studded Earth Genasi, or dazzling flame-hair from a Fire Genasi, etc…
2. Elves are sort of the “default” standard of beauty…you’ve got your supermodel-levels of moon elf…the distinctive obsidian / gray skin with silver hair from the drow…and the vibrant colors of the Eladrin. Astral Elves are new to the scene; but their glowing eyes are pretty interesting.
3. Tieflings are undeniably devilish-looking; but with that, comes the serpentine charm and allure of making bad decisions. The new Cthonic options from playtest provides interesting alternate options to a classic 5e tiefling.
4. Speaking of serpentine, the Yuan Ti Pureblood can provides interesting, “beautiful” features…provides they don’t lean TOO hard into their snake-like heritage. Dangerous feminine wiles; better to betray you with.
5. Dwarves - whether you’re looking for a muscular warrior-woman, or are just into the power-fantasy of having the BEST DARN BEARD EVER, dwarves have cornered a very specific type of look that grants them a spot in the top five.

The chthonic tiefling means we can get tieflings of yugoloths now, and all the yugoloths look hugely distinct from each other. Arcanaloth tieflings might have a vaguely fox-like appearance. Ultroloth tieflings might have weird bulbous heads and unsettling eyes. Mezzoloth tieflings might have insectoid features.

There was also the succubus option, which would be substantially preferable to insects. XD

For the sake of completion, they did also put forward night hags as an option. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and all that.
