I suppose D&D Beyond have no real connection with WOTC.
If I have the core books of 5th edition. Is it possible to import them freely in D&D Beyond as I already got the book but I can not customize characters with options.
D&D Beyond is owned by Hasbro now and as such is a part of Wizards of the Coast. This has been the case since April/May of this year.
The only way you can "import" the books is to copy the content onto D&D Beyond via the homebrew tools, manually by yourself. Content copied this way is only for personal use.
There is no way to redeem or automatically import books that you have purchased
