Does anybody else associate truesight with the color yellow, or is that just me? I also think I associate true strike with yellow and (to a lesser degree) zone of truth, so maybe it's just the "true" part that makes me think yellow.

You. Well I mean maybe others, Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth is yellow, after all.
For me the "colour" association of any magic spells is determined by the character. Sometimes it might be white wispy light, other times might be a pale blue or a piercing green. Or a mix of colours - like true sight being purple eyes with a white glyph in them perhaps. Depends on what kind of aesthetic I'm going with for that character.

As for Zone of Truth, I see it like the Ring of Peace ability from World of Warcraft's monks, though with a pink rather than mint green aura:
