This isnt a shipping delay so that's rubbish. Order details show no shipping details so it's not UPS fault it's 100 percent wotc fault for sitting on orders and then closing off customer support
Just checked, I paid £65.98 for this bundle, if I ordered the digital only and then got the physical on amazon, I'd have both now, and it would have cost me £35.49 on amazon and $29.99 (£24.52) on dnd beyond totalling £60.01. A saving of £5.97 and that's completely ignoring the fact I have the legendary bundle so wouldn't pay full price on beyond!
If they haven't been shipped yet that sucks. If they did ship it but didn't send a notification that's also weird.
Showing up in retail stores but not being shipped personally might simply be up to a difference in how these things are distributed, in bulk through a store's supply chains compared to personally shipping out individual books through the postal service or UPS/Fedex/whatever. But they should have at least sent confirmations by now that they've shipped.
Beyond them not sending out shipping info at least -ON- release day (if not before) it appears that if you purchased the product now, the shipping would be free. There's another $12.99 lost when I could have just purchased this at my LFGS and supported them. I'm ashamed at this point that I didn't do so.
Is there a way to cancel the pre-order? I can't see a way to do it in the orders section of my account. I suppose I can always contact my CC and dispute the charge since it hasn't shipped yet but was hoping there was an easier friendlier way.
I'm guessing not. They'll have already delivered on part of your order (the digital copy), and it's not like there's been a massive delay. You can speak to customer services though, they may be willing to do it anyway. I just don't think there is any legal recourse here. At least, not yet.

Thanks. I'll give CS a shot. After I posted, I did see there was another thread where people were complaining about the same thing but a couple of folks said that they just got shipping emails within the past couple of hours. If I have to wait an extra day or two, it's really not a big deal. I'm more concerned about the possibility that we could have to sit and spin for 30 days after release before doing\expecting anything.
Thanks for confirming! This gives some hope. Still havent gotten mine but if they are starting to go out hopefully we'll all get confirmation emails soon.
What did you see? I’ve seen nothing from Dungeons and Dragons or Wizards of the Coast but I did have a label created by TECHNICOLOR HES SE LLC. I have no idea who or what this is But since it’s nine pounds I thought maybe it’s the Deluxe bundle.
I got the same notice from UPS but I also got an email from dndstore@scalefast.com at almost the time with a notice that my did is shipping and the same tracking number on the UPS email with the package from TECHNICOLOR HES SE LLC. So yeah that should be your stuff.
Not that it's actually shipped yet, just a notice the label has been created.
For any of you that have received a shipping label email, or any other form of notice that something has been shipped, when did you place your pre-order? My was on Aug 26th.
This whole DND Store debacle was the final nail in the coffin. I've cancelled my DNDBeyond Mater Tier sub, selling my bundle if/when it ever arrives, and moving on to bigger and better rpg systems and companies that don't treat their customers like dog $hit.
Wizards is more worried about the english language than customer service.
In feel you. I’m sad because there is stuff on DMGuild that I wanted to get for Dragonlance, but wizards gets a liscensing kick back and at this point they are never getting another penny from me. I have plenty of friends I can borrow books from

I ended up buying original TSR Dragonlance products to fill my catalog. I won't support WotC again. Not D&D and definitely not for MTG. Corporate Greed.

They just sent shipping confirmation out. However when you check it it's just the label printed. So they haven't really shipped yet still.
I got the confirmation that ONE of my items is being shipped. I hope I get a notification for my other order.
FYI, I mistakenly put in two different orders, so my bad.
Oh good. The quicker I get mine, the faster I can sell it,

Yep - Never pre-order again.

I just got the confirmation for my second order that it's shipping.
I'll let you know when my two orders get here.

I ordered in October. Still no ups scans just the label was printed. Not sure why they are sitting on the packages

The fact that there has not been a response from someone at Wizards in this thread really goes to show how much they care about their user base.
