So I ordered the deluxe edition box set back in September. On release I had expected it to become active on dd beyond. Apparently in confirmation email they had some link to redeem code. I never saw this email. After contacting support they gave me a link that they said would contain my code. Clicked on it and clicked on activate code as instructed and nothing. No code just instructions on how to redeem the code I have yet to recieve. Am I just out of luck at this point? Customer service seems very unresponsive and takes a week just to respond. Figured I'd see if someone else had a similar issue.
It is the holidays, so customer service from any company is going to take a lot longer to respond. In the confirmation email, you need to click on the link to see your code, and the instructions are right above the code.
If you cannot see the instructions for some reason: - Copy the code - On Beyond's website, go to Redeem Key - Paste the code - Press the blue Redeem button It is super simple.
I get that it would be simple if I had the confirmation email, but I do not. May have went to spam, but Gmail auto deletes spam after 30 days. Service sent me a link to click on in email, but no code is there when I click on the unlock authorization. Just instructions on how to redeem.

Hm... Did their link take you to a page with an address that begins with < https://dndstore.wizards.com/us/en/payment/download >, followed by a bunch of random numbers and letters? Does the page say something like the following? You might need to scroll down a bit to see the key maybe?

No unfortunate the just said confirmation. No activation code scrolled all the way to the bottom. Unfortunately I think I'm SOL. I see the first part just No activation code at the end.
Use this link to get to your orders. click on the manage orders. From there you should have the option to view the invoice, and unlock the activation key. If in there you do not have the link to activate your key you will need to open the ticket with support to get ahold of it. This has been a very big blunder from WoTC on the release.
