Say you’re an evil Wizard that has abandoned the party. You have a piece of 1” flesh from (insert evil thingy here) can you keep casting said Mansion to have a chamber for a clone spell to hold so as to grow said clone then kill thy self and thus the clone is shoved out but you’re in the clone body now. Is that right?
The pound of flesh from the Clone spell has to be from the creature being cloned. If it's not your flesh, it's not your clone, and you can't inhabit it when you die. Many a wizard has tried to use Shapechange or True Polymorph to bypass this restriction, and many DMs have given their evil wizard players the stink eye for dodging spell requirements.
Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion, if cast every day, could theoretically allow you to keep a Clone there. RAW, it's ambiguous - Mordy's Fancy House doesn't say you open a door to the same mansion every time you recast, though most DMs would let you do so I'd imagine. Still, it's very impractical. It ties you to a specific spot for four months and kills your seventh-level spell slot every day. Most wizards will instead keep their Clone jars in a Demiplane, alongside a backup spellbook, some Evil Robes of Evil, and a means of escaping the Demiplane. Demiplanes are permanent once created, and a creature can only breach them if they know exactly how to summon access to your Demiplane, which generally only happens if you bring them there and show them the space. So, like...don't do that.
Upside of the Demiplane is you can store multiple Clones there. A wizard who's decided to go in on the Fresh New Body plan could, as one example, sever their off arm and use every pound of it as a pound of flesh for a different Clone spell, germinating however many Clones they have pounds of arm. Once the first one is done, do some nasty ritual spell that ends the current body, and get a new one with the arm back. Or, if the wizard is assisted by an evil druid or cleric (yes, those exist), they can simply use Regenerate to germinate an arbitrarily large number of Clones based on available time. Even worse, the wizard can create Clones of their evil cleric/druid buddy and start an Evil Immortal Cabal of Evil.
All of which is basically Evil Wizard 101, once you hit the requisite spell levels.

...Seriously though. Being able to house your Clones in a portable Mansion sounds like it'd be quite the endeavor, but it also sounds like it'd be quite the payoff, since if any land-based threat desires to do ill against your mansion, well... you can just sail your ship away. It may not be as safe as a straight-up Demiplane, but it's certainly a lot more flavorful, and falls within the purview of Rule of Cool.
Then you've created an immovable doorway to a ship-shaped extraplanar dwelling tying you to one place for the entire casting of clone, and one that as soon as the mansion spell ends, just gets dumped on the ground outside the mansion.
Now if you really want to sham the system, play a very small race and use the Magic chest spell. It'll let you keep the chest with you while the clone matures, but you will need to hide the clone elsewhere once its matured, or leave your backup spellbook, along with Probably a plane shift scroll or something really, you wont have a lot of air to prepare spells with

The container for Clone must be large enough to hold the creature being cloned. The Secret Chest spell uses a chest that is '3 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet' - which is too small to use even for a "Small" race and no playable race is smaller. So your "sham the system" (you're using "sham" incorrectly here *) won't work.
Demiplane is the most efficient means of storing the clone. A demiplane can be very easily protected, is naturally more difficult to enter for anyone other than you and has enough space to store the clone, spare supplies, and everything you need. As for escaping the demiplane once you've transferred to the clone - a Glyph of Warding storing a Plane Shift, or even a Banishment, will take care of that. This is the best, most secure and most efficient method of storing the clone in all official D&D 5th Edition.
Also, Demiplane is free while Secret Chest is ridiculously expensive.
* 'Sham' as a verb means to 'make false' or to present a falsehood as though a fact. I think you meant "scam" the system, which means to "trick" it or make a "scheme". Although that doesn't fully fit the context either, since it's not a trick of the system, just a theory on a better way to store something. I think you're going more for the 'work' the system context? Sorry, not entirely sure what you were trying to say here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
