Another fighting style can be nice, Action Surge is never bad. The main drawback is interrupting your spell progression. But if you find yourself not using your spellcasting so much, and just being a good martial with some spell support it could be worth it to you.
Another option would be to start going into Sorcerer to pick up Metamagic, particularly Quickened Spell so you can whip out a leveled spell as a bonus action and use your action to attack. This also gives you access to some great spells like Shield. Your spell slot progression will continue unchanged, though you won't be able to know the highest level spells. However you can use those higher level slots for upcasting spells that scale will spell level.
A three level dip for Battlemaster after you’ve already dipped one for HB is a notable speed bump on power progression, particularly if this is in a running campaign. If you just want a few maneuvers or a fighting style, I’d say take a feat rather than a dip. Particularly since Sword Bards already have Flourishes to fill a similar niche to maneuvers.
