Can any moderator give me some links or redemption codes please? I have physically bought Xanathar's guide and Tasha's cauldron but I can't use them now because they are not online.
There are options to get certain books, such as the PHB, DM guide, and Monster Manual as both a physical and digital copy. It is more money but I like having both.

There are no digital codes in any physical books, and no one will give you any. The only physical product that comes with a code is the OLD PRINTING of the Essentials Kit box set. New printings of the Essential Kit do not come with a code; if the box does not mention anything about a digital code, then it is a new printing and will not contain any codes.
If you want a digital book and a physical book, you will need to purchase them separately. Buying just the physical book does not give you the digital copy, and vice versa.
Alternatively, starting recently for newly released books, you can purchase DIGITAL-PHYSICAL BUNDLES from Wizards' website, and Wizards will ship you the physical book and email you the digital code. If you are getting the bundle from Wizards, shipping fees may apply depending on where it is shipped to. Delivery time is fine in my opinion, but please keep your expectations reasonable, so expect potential delays and slow customer service response times during holiday seasons and union strikes. It may seem obvious, but apparently, lots of people do not understand that when lots of employees are not working, busines operations slow the **** down. Also, while Wizards' packaging and handling is not bad, it is definitely not good. The packaging and handling is fine you are ordering a working copy of a book, so minor dents and bumps are not an issue. If you are ordering a display copy for collecting though, and you want it to sit pretty on your glass shelf with a rotating display, I recommend going to your LGS instead so you can inspect the product's condition before you buy.

Buying the physical books do not get you access to content on D&D Beyond. It's two different products.
Altrazin Aghanes - Wizard/Fighter
Varpulis Windhowl - Fighter
Skolson Demjon - Cleric/Fighter
