Have you considered a Ranger/Monk multiclass? Or just flat out Kensei Monk? Being physically tough is great, but being really really good with weapons is also very important.
If that doesn't do it for you, I'd first ask why you view them as not wearing armor?
If you are set on Barbarian, I'd say path of the Zealot works better of the two choices presented.
Amazonians were "historically" extremely fierce and fearsome warriors, so I think the choice of the Barbarian is appropriate. Amazonians wore relitevely little armor, according to legends, in order to be mobile and quickly the battlefield.
The two subclasses you took into consideration are also very fitting, albeit taking diametrically opposite aspects of the concept.
Ancestral Guardian is definitely more focused on being the protector barbarian, with very good features that would allow you to helpyour companions being better protected in battle (I'd personally ask the DM to change the aesthetics of the subclass, as I am not sure the "spirit warriors" would for the idea, but it might just be me)
Zealot, on the other hand, focuses on the "divine fury" the Amazonians were renowned for. The feature setting is way more offensive focused, and I think it really helps bringing out the fearful side of the concept.
Either choice is extremely fitting, imho, so it's mostly a matter of what you want to focus on: defence and support or offensive?

Hello, i have decided to make an Amazonian character for 5e (without homebrew). So far this is what i have:
Race: V. Human(because the Amazons are essentially humans, took the Tough feat)
Class: Barbarian(I felt like it fit more than a ranger because Amazons don't really wear armor)
Background: Outlander (because that's essentially what the Amazons would be)
Subclass: ??? (I cannot decide between Path of Zealot or Path of Ancestral Guardian)
i would much appreciate opinions as to witch i should choose.
