Trying to find this specific background among the catalog of stuff, but I can't find the specific package. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
The above link states that it's a part of Elemental evil. On further research though, it seems like it's out of this Adventurer's League thing called Mulmaster Bonds and Backgrounds?
I appreciate the thread and the answer from filcat I also want caravan master but just built it using the custom option for right now. Is there any hope or future plans to add Adventures League Extra's as an option?
The lack of inflection in text means that a reader of any post adds their own inflection as they "verbalize" it in their head. I write long and repetitive in an effort to be clear and avoid my intent from being skewed or inverted. I am also bad at examples. It is common for people to skim my posts pull out the idea they think I mean or want to argue against or focus on my bad example instead of the point I am actually trying to make. I apologies for the confusion my failure to be clear and concise creates.

As far as I know, there is no Caravan Specialist background in the Elemental Evil book, nor in any other product.

Oh, I see.
Adventurer's League is not part of the offering of DDB at this moment.
You could homebrew the background for the purpose of using it in the builder.
