Sounds like you don't own the PHB then, and it's being shared with you in that campaign.
Check your licenses. If those books are there, then contact Customer Support. If not, then check your bank statements for October/November 2021 I guess? In that case, it's probably misremembering, but if you paid for them, then it'll show on your bank records.

check to make sure you still own the PHB and something didnt mess that up

That would appear to be it, though I swear black and blue I've PHB, DMG and MM since day 1 I signed up years ago.
