For US customers, you can purchase the whole bundle of the core rule books and receive a $60 discount on the set (physical and digital). However, when I (as a UK customer) follow the link provided for customers outside the US, they are only offering each book individually (physical and digital) at £60 per book. Can we not also get the bundle option with discount?

The $60 discount isn't an additional $60 discount for getting the six-product bundle, it's the total discount across all three digital+physical bundles.
You're not being deprived of any discount without the six-product bundle over buying the three digital+physical bundles individually.
It may not be an additional discount, true. But there are extras for the US customers.
The full bundle for US customers is around $180, roughly $60 per book. OK.
In the UK we see the price per book (physical and digital bundle) is comparable at £59.
However, we have to buy books separately, there's no combined bundle and we don't get the extras... the exclusive anniversary dice, the digital art book and the digital mini. Regardless of what people think of the pre order extras, where is the incentive to get all the books outside the US?

That's because the US store does not include sales tax in the listing (it can vary based on state and is calculated once you've entered your postal address). In the UK, it's a fixed 20% and so is displayed in the listing. Also there's a buffer for exchange rates which can fluctuate. Once you account for that, the prices line up much closer.

As far as I'm aware those extras are included in any bundle purchase, be it through the D&D Beyond store, or dndstore.wizards.com. However I have asked for clarification on this as you're right that it's not listed on the EU/UK marketplaces.
I have more questions than answers at this point though... 😞
1. If I buy all 3 in one, will I get the digital releases on release day at the same as every other buyer around the world? The potential strangeness about the physical shipping rules (see Q2) won't impact the release of the digital books will it? 2. I understand there is a weird thing about shipping the physical ones when the last one is available, is that right? Will all 3 physical books ship in Feb 2025? 3. Is there anywhere than can confirm we would get the extras? I'm not bothered about the mini ... I probably won't use the 3D VTT as I bet it will be resource hungry and some of my friends have low powered devices. I'd like the dice though and maybe the digital art book.
@Davyd Thanks for chasing this up. From EU it seems that I could buy the digital book bundle from US webstore indeferently, which should give me the preorder bonus despite being EU. That might be the option we need confirmation about
I don't have anything on your other questions at this time though
Sorry to keep banging on about this one ... but I am still a little confused. And maybe I will forever be so ... 🫤
The "the bonuses listed on the D&D Beyond markplace (the digital art book, digital mini, and dice) are only for pre-ordering the "2024 Digital & Physical Core Rulebook Bundle", "2024 Physical Core Rulebook Bundle", or "2024 Digital Core Rulebook Bundle"" part sounds great. I want to pre-order all three of the core rule book bundles as they are available to customers outside the US, and probably will come payday. But then you state the digital extras are only available to US customers. There is no extra shipping involved, so if that is the case that is a little disappointing.
As a UK customer, I am happy with having to order separate bundles. The price is good with me too. £59.99 per item ... totally happy with that.
Just feel a little underappreciated as a customer to not get these digital extras. The only bonus for me, as someone from the UK, is the price. There are no "other preorder bonuses" that are listed.
Thats very frustrating. I want to buy the 3 book digital and physical bundle, in Australia, but it seems that I will miss out of the digital extras -the part that should easily be available worldwide. I wish WOTC could sort out their store.

No, you won't
If you purchase any digital + physical bundle from the appropriate store for your region, you'll get the digital pre-order bonuses plus the exclusive bundle pre-order bonuses. Pre-order all three bundles and you'll get all the bonuses

Sorry Davyd but you've said word for word here that the bundle bonuses (the mini, the dragon book, the gold dice) are not available outside the US because we can't order a three book bundle in any format, it's just not an option on international sites, and then in posts #13 and #14 you've said we will get them. I'm sure you can see why we're confused and feeling like we're getting mixed messages

Yes, and situations/information change. We (the moderation team) were originally information that exclusive pre-order bonuses (golden anniversary dice, art book, digital mini) were only for the 2024 digital + physical core book bundle. This information was updated to clarify it's any bundle. New information supersedes old

Just the exchange rate to consider. I think I'll get the digital bundle through DnDBeyond and then the physical books later here in the UK.
I'm going the same route, mainly because I want to get the limited edition covers

Probably a dumb question but where do you access the bonuses?? Dice, mini, art book
The dice should be here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-dice
The mini is for use with the 3D VTT, which isn't out yet.
The art book, Dragons of D&D, states that it will be delivered "at a later date" - at least for me.
I can confirm that I received the digital dice already, so it looks like it works fine when you purchase a bundle outside the US.
