This has been changed, and your wait is already over! Though there is no 3-book physical/digital bundle available for EU customers, you will get the bonuses if you purchase all three physical/digital bundles together.
When did this change? (1) The EU store does not confirm this (not yet, at least). This should be said in the store page.
Some days ago I asked about those bundles and then Davyd said: "I've chased this up and received confirmation; the bonuses listed on the D&D Beyond markplace (the digital art book, digital mini, and dice) are only for pre-ordering the "2024 Digital & Physical Core Rulebook Bundle", "2024 Physical Core Rulebook Bundle", or "2024 Digital Core Rulebook Bundle", and as such are not available outside the US. Other pre-order bonuses still apply though". So, at least then those bonuses were NOT available outside the US (except for 3-book digital bundle?). (2)
Can you define 'together'? (3) Does it mean that all three books must be in the same order? Or is it enough that I order all three separately in three orders at same day? This difference is important, because EU store says (in FAQ): "If you place multiple orders with different release dates, then your order will deliver when the last item is available." (4) That means that if I put all three in the same order, I will get the physical books in February 2025. Three separate orders would be delivered when each book is released (September, November and February).
I've been told that the changes to the product copy have been submitted, but may take some time to update. This was two days ago, however, so those changes might already be in effect. It's true, regardless.
(1) This is a recent change, and you will soon see language further confirming this coming from us.
(2) Correct. They were not available then, and are available now.
(3) When I say 'together', I mean you must buy all three at the same time as if you were buying that 6-book digital/physical bundle that exists in the D&D Beyond marketplace.
(4) The language I've bolded in your comment exists primarily to refer to purchases that contain already released books and preorders in them, and existed before the 2024 Core Rulebooks were added to the store. If you ordered Tales from the Yawning Portal with your 2024 Player's Handbook, for example, you wouldn't get both books until the PHB ships. That's what that means.
As far as shipping goes, the 2024 Core Rulebooks will be shipping so that you get them as close to their release dates as possible. If you buy all three, they will ship in Septermber, November, and February, respectively.
Does that help? :)
It seems that this information is not correct after all. I just got a reply to my request to support and they say: "To answer your questions, you will still be able to receive your preorder bonus for ordering all 3 books if you order them separately. In regards to when your items would ship, the release date for ordering all 3 in one order is accurate; as your items would ship once the last item releases."
I'm now pretty angry. I wanted to get all three printed books when they are published and also the bonuses (if possible) and I was told that I should order all three books in one order and the books will be shipped separately here in the forums. Now, the company support says that is not true and I have to wait my printed books until February 2025. And I can't cancel my order because I have redeemed the codes.
This is exactly the situation I wanted to avoid.I wanted to get the printed books as soon as possible. I asked whether I should make three separate orders and would I get the bonuses if I do so. I thought that the new core books will be nice to have, but after this I will remember this every time I read the books. This is bad customer service.
I've already responded to your new thread about this; I'm looking into it.
Also, I do understand your frustration, but I wanna request that you keep them in one place; if I don't know everywhere you post, I might miss a place to offer corrections, and that means someone will continue to read potentially bad info. Sorry about that. I wrote this one first, but because the title is misleading, I decided to create a new thread. Should I delete this one? Or the new one?
it's all good; I didn't actually see which came first. If you wanted to delete the new thread as this one's more established, that would be fine.
Deleted the new one. I'll try to think first next time.
I have some new information. Much of this confusion is caused by very long delays in the answers for support requests. I had asked about this from support earlier in June and got a partial answer couple of days later. I had to ask more details (but got no answer). After that we got the answers here in the forum.
And finally I got the answer for my questions from the support earlier today after three weeks of waiting. Now they said: one shipment in February. I replied and asked them to check and confirm that, but this answer matched the FAQ so I was pretty sure that it won't change again. But surprisingly, I got another answer pretty fast and now they give different information: "Physical Orders: Each book will be shipped before the date above to ensure the best chance of receiving it on or by the release date. E.g. If you buy all 3 in the same order, they will indeed ship out to you on their release date; they will not be shipping only when the last book comes out."
So, probably all is well after all. It seems that the answers I got from the support were incorrect after all and the forum answers were correct. I just hope the internal communication in the WoTC will be better in the future.
Thank you LaTiaJacquise for your quick responses and help.
So I successfully ordered the three separate physical/digital bundles in the one order from the international store, and while I got some of the digital pre-order bonuses straight away I haven't got everything advertised. The US $179.97 bundle states that it includes,
a Dragons of D&D digital art book - haven't got this
a 50th anniversary Gold Dragon digital mini - hopefully I'll get this?
34 character frames - I've got 10 of these labelled as PHB - do the DMG and MM sets come later?
15 backdrops - I've got 5 of these labelled as PHB - do the DMG and MM sets come later?
15 sets of digital dice - I've got the 12 class based dice sets labelled as PHB so there are 3 outstanding including the "exclusive gold digital dice set"?

What have people who ordered the US bundle got?
I’m not in the US but on one of the other threads LaTia said that the three books would each have their own stuff that would unlock at different times so the DMG and MM stuff will come later and that the dragon book, dragon mini and gold dice would all unlock at a later date
Reading the thread here it looks like by having ordered this way I maybe won't be getting the digital gold dice, digital art book or the digital mini as they would be associated with a yet to be released bundle?

Correct, you'll have the PHB pre-order bonuses (10 frames, 5 backdrops, 12 dice) with the rest to come nearer the other two books

Seems like this isn't true? What's going on? Several of us that ordered the bundle in the wizards eu store haven't received our book.
I'd like to add my voice here. I purchased my physical + digital bundle for PHB/DMG/MM in the EU store on June 23 based on the promise that buying all three together would be treated as buying the bundle on D&D Beyond marketplace. So far, I haven't received any shipping notice on the PHB. I have not received the digital gold dice and also not the digital artbook.
Why is this upsetting me?
1) Friends in Europe (same country) who ordered later through the same store and procedure already got their physical books.
2) My first ticket got an autogenerated answer after almost exactly 48h. This smells like dodging SLAs. Then the ticket vanished from the system. That was pretty upsetting. Later I found out by reading the forum (and not by being informed by the ticket system) that the ticket was transfered to the D&D Beyond support system. Thus my e-mail answer was never recorded at the ticket.
This is really bad form at this point. Especially since this is going on for a couple of days now, seems to be affecting customers all over Europe, and nobody from WotC and/or D&D Beyond is stepping forward to clarify the situation. Instead, each single one of us is left alone to muddle through a slow support process where the help desk doesn't seem to be properly informed of the correct steps to take for those pre-order cases where PHB/DMG/MM digital + physical bundle was ordered together.
At this point I would expect someone to step in, get a list of all orders where (a) PHB/DMG/MM have been ordered together and (b) where the PHB has not shipped yet, then instruct Scalefast to ship the PHB for all those orders. Next, put out a communication to all affected customers explaining the situation and offering an apology. That would shorten the proccess considerably, and maybe generate a bit of good will.
Addendum: Just for "fun" I started the order process of the newly offered digital + physical bundle at the EU store. The bundle says: "As they are released, each physical book will be shipped to you free of charge and each digital book will be available in your D&D Beyond account. "
The order says: "Estimated ship date 13. February 2025" - at that point I aborted the order.
Please talk with Scalefast and straighten this out. This is hugely frustrating.

I did receive the Gold dice and the art book. I got an email (3rd September?) which had a redeem code for the dice, download link for the art book and a note that the gold dragon mini will be released when the Sigil beta begin. But the problem is that I have NOT received the printed 2024 PHB as promised.
I am in the same situation. I live in Spain, Europe. I placed an order for all three bundles in August. So far, I have received the Dragons of D&D digital art book, the gold dice, and the character frames, backdrops, and digital dice for the PHB. However, I have not received any updates on when the physical 2024 PHB will be shipped.
Same situation here, Croatia, I preordered all three physical+digital bundles for 200 EUR on June 18th. I monitored this thread to see if I should cancel or not and after seeing both that I will receive all of the digital goodies (which I have as promised) and each book separately on its release date (it honestly never crossed my mind that this would not be the case!), my mind was put at ease!
Usually my book arrives on release date or a day or two after. This time - still no shipping info nor anything... I sent a question through the official support channel - still not reply (which is currently still OK since it's only been a day).
But today I learned that it will possibly all be shipped in March as a thank you for me being a loyal customer and spending 200 EUR 9 months in advance for things I haven't seen yet...

Hello,
Thank you for getting back.
I am sorry but a review of your order shows that items with different release dates have been purchased in this order. This means that your product will ship when all items on the order are available to ship. Full details can be found on our FAQ under "When will I get my physical product?".
If you would like to cancel your existing order to place separate orders for each item, please let us know and we will investigate your request further.
Please Note: Cancelling your order in this way will remove the Digital Content from your account.
I’ll be glad to help you further if you have any other questions or concerns!

Good afternoon,
I'm wondering why you aren't answering my comments in my previous reply. As I said I remember that I specifically selected to have my items shipped separately and your website also shows this currently:
" As they are released, each physical book will be shipped to you free of charge and each digital book will be available in your D&D Beyond account."
So it should be possible to ship me my items when they are available. Which means my PHB should already have been shipped.

Hello,
Thank you for getting back.
Since the order is joined with an item that has a later release date, the package should be sent as soon as all the items has reached their release date. I'd like to confirm whether this information is still correct. I preordered all three at the end of June based on the quoted message which seemed to say that I would get the books in separate shipments at release time of each book. However, I have not received the 2024 PHB, even though the release date was a week ago. Now, I have read in another discussion (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/general-discussion/206076-phb-2024-european-dispatch) that the books won't be shipped one by one, but instead they will be shipped in February.
Did I misunderstand something? I thought that the books would be shipped one by one even though the FAQ in the European webstore (https://dndstore.wizards.com/eu) says that there will only be one shipment. However, the quoted message clearly states that the FAQ answer does not apply in this case. I submitted a support request 11 days ago, but I have not received an answer yet.
Could you explain what is going on and what is the status of my order? I will be rather disappointed if I have to wait until February, 2025 i.e. almost 5 months from now. If I had known that the books wouldn't be shipped until February, I wouldn't have preordered the books at all.
I am in the same boat - tried contacting support - no response for almost a week now. No information about shipping or anything... Ordered all three books (digital + physical) in the second half of June.

I know I'm the one that delivered the info to you here on the forums; I'm perfectly happy to receive a private message if you have other questions. I can't catch every forum message.

it's all good; I didn't actually see which came first.

But surprisingly, I got another answer pretty fast and now they give different information:
"Physical Orders: Each book will be shipped before the date above to ensure the best chance of receiving it on or by the release date.
The US $179.97 bundle states that it includes,
What have people who ordered the US bundle got?
I’m not in the US but on one of the other threads LaTia said that the three books would each have their own stuff that would unlock at different times so the DMG and MM stuff will come later and that the dragon book, dragon mini and gold dice would all unlock at a later date
Reading the thread here it looks like by having ordered this way I maybe won't be getting the digital gold dice, digital art book or the digital mini as they would be associated with a yet to be released bundle?
No, if you ordered any bundle containing all 3 books, youll get all of those. It has been confirmed by DnDBeyond staff.
This hasn't released yet
This hasn't released yet
Correct, you'll have the PHB pre-order bonuses (10 frames, 5 backdrops, 12 dice) with the rest to come nearer the other two books

Thanks Davyd very much appreciated.
Hi,
I am in the same situation.
Are you kidding me?
Hi LaTia, Unfortunately it seems not everyone at the dndstore got the message above. Is there any chance you can get in contact on why people aren't receiving their preorderd products on time? I have send in a support ticket, but it is like talking to a bot without any replies to actual questions (see below):

Thank you for getting back.
I am sorry but a review of your order shows that items with different release dates have been purchased in this order. This means that your product will ship when all items on the order are available to ship. Full details can be found on our FAQ under "When will I get my physical product?".
If you would like to cancel your existing order to place separate orders for each item, please let us know and we will investigate your request further.
Please Note: Cancelling your order in this way will remove the Digital Content from your account.
I’ll be glad to help you further if you have any other questions or concerns!

Thank you for getting back.
Since the order is joined with an item that has a later release date, the package should be sent as soon as all the items has reached their release date. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you would like to cancel your existing order to place separate orders for each item, please let us know and we will investigate your request further.
Please Note: Cancelling your order in this way will remove the Digital Content from your account.

Hi Kyle, Sorry but I know I specially said when ordering I wanted them to be shipped separately when they were released so this is not fine by me. Also, om dndbeyond it was said that the items would actually be send separately. As you aren't buying a bundle but the items separately.

Good morning, I'd like to know when my PHB that I preordered is being shipped, as I expected to arrive before today but still haven't heard anything?
Above my "conversation" with CS; it seems talking to a bot. No reply on my comments and only saying the same thing over and over again...
"grandpa" Salkur, Gnome Arti/Sorc: Forged in Chaos | Pepin, Human Arti/Cleric: Goblin horde | Mixtli, Volc Genasi Arti: Champions of the Citadel | Erix Vadalitis, Human Druid: Rising from the last war | Smithy, Human Arti: Night Ravens: Black orchids for Biscotti | Tamphalic Aliprax, Dragonborn Wizard: Chronicles of the Accursed | Doc, Dwarven Cleric (2024): Adventure at Hope's End | Abathax, Tiefling Illriger: Hunt for the Balowang | Gorin Mestel, Human Arti: Descend into Avernus
