Hi X.R. Balzan here. Ever since they dropped that master tier subscribers would receive early access to the new core rule books, I've been wanting to know if they were getting it for free or buying it to get early access. If anybody can answer my question, I'll be so graduate.
If you preorder the core rule books and you have a master tier sub, you get the books a month early.
No free books (unless you're in a campaign with someone with a master tier sub and you get them via content sharing.

It's not a month early. Official release date for the new PHB is Sep 17. Hero tier gets it a week early (Sep 10). Master tier gets it 2 weeks early (Sep 3) - the same date as local game stores.

The original plan was for all the neccessary changes to happen on Sept 3rd, and they didnt announce any delays when they changed those plans to retain 2014 sheets/spells so unless they make any further announcements I would assume so.

When I get early access tomorrow, will my players have access if I shared content for a new campaign?
Yes, as far as other books with early access have worked, your players will have access to the 2024 PHB tomorrow after the maintence
