What i mean by this is will i be able to NOT use the new and revised versions of classes/subclasses, some of the changes i dont like and some i do, i dont want to feel forced to use one or the other. I dont want to spend another 120 on the 2024 Editions of the book if its totally going to overwrite the old ones. The old ones are PERFECT in my opinion

We don't know, that said I don't think D&D Beyond is just going to give you the 2024 content for free and erase the 2014 content you bought. This isn't errata like Curse of Strahd got, it's a complete revision more similar to monsters of the multiverse. Both exist simultaneously here, but you can only purchase the new content.
D&D beyond has not made any official statements, but we have seen that the PHB has been retagged as Player's Handbook (2014), so on interfaces where you have the option to filter by source it will probably be possible to choose the 2014 variant.
If you buy the 2014, do you still need to buy the 2024 separately? Or is there a deal to buy both, with the September release pending? My wife purchased the PHB, but it only allowed the 2024, so can’t access it now. How do you transfer to the 2014?

They're separate products, so you'd need to buy them separately. For your particular problem, you'd probably need to contact customer support (which sounds like it's stressed at the moment, so...).
It would be nice to have some clarity on how this will all work. In all likelihood I will just want to convert to the 2024 versions and would prefer the ability to hide 2014 versions in the character builder and compendium (it drives me nuts when I’m looking for a creature to use in an encounter, but I see legacy content too) but naturally others will feel differently.
It’s only 2 months away, so I assume they know the plan even if it’s not quite there on day one.

They make you dig for it a little, but the current PHB is still purchasable in the marketplace here.

They are two separate and distinct products, and currently I don't see anything for a bundle between current and upcoming.
